Through this online nutrition program you’ll gain unlimited access and support from Nikki. She will be right there by your side throughout the entire process to bounce questions off of , problem solve, and hold you accountable to your health and nutrition goals.

Nikki Strong has helped hundreds of clients through weight loss. She’s helped introduce beginners to the gym and trained multiple athletes through the full ironman! She holds a B.S. in Dietetics from University of Idaho and is a Registered Dietitian.
